This is my 3rd summer with this Ebike. I love my DK300PRO. I weigh approximately 215 lbs. and I get on pedal assist 1 (12 miles per hour) about 75 miles per charge. Mostly flat with some minor hills. When going to work and back, with my backpack, I weigh closer to 225 lbs. and I get on pedal assist 2 (18 miles per hour) about 55 miles per charge. I changed the seat as it was not comfortable enough for longer rides. The front shocks are not the best either. This would be the only 2 faults I can find. The rear shock is awesome. Top speed is + - 30 miles per hour which is fast enough, it has good torque for the small hills I have to go up on my way to work. All and all it is a very good Ebike.
Charger works fine. Shipping took a week to arrive. I’ve done several small items to be delivered and they all take about a week. Would prefer less than a week for smaller items.
Provide better instructions, include a brief one page introduction that points to videos, or websites to download various apps that are needed. I have had to ask around on Facebook and use ChatGPT to figure things out.
